Day 1

Arrival / Negombo (Coastal Welcome)

Arrival: Meet your guide at Katunayake Bandaranaike Airport (BIA).
Transfer: Head straight to Negombo for a relaxing start to your holiday.
Activities:

- Go for a peaceful boat ride to capture the natural beauty of the Negombo Lagoons.

Day 2

Negombo / Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage / Kandy (Culture & Wildlife)

Morning Drive: Get on the road and drive inland towards the hill capital, Kandy.
En Route Stop: Visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, which provides sanctuary to orphaned elephants.
- Activity: Observe the elephants bathing and enjoy an opportunity to pat and feed them.
Kandy Tour: Upon arrival, begin your city exploration.
- Activity: Hop in a tuk-tuk for a guided tour around the city.
- Activity: Visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa).

Day 3

Kandy / Colombo (History & Modernity)

Morning Drive: Depart Kandy and drive to Colombo, the commercial capital.
Colombo City Tour: Discover the city’s blend of traditional and modern ambience.
- Activity: Enjoy a guided tour of historically significant sites and modern landmarks like the Gangaramaya Temple and Independence Square.

Day 4

Colombo / Departure (Farewell)

Morning: Enjoy your final Sri Lankan breakfast.
Transfer: Say a fond farewell to Sri Lanka and head to BIA for your departure.

- 3 nights’ accommodation in well-rated 3-star or 4-star hotels (as per booking category) in Negombo, Kandy, and Colombo.
- Daily Breakfast (BB) at the respective hotels.
Transportation:
- Private, air-conditioned vehicle throughout the tour (car/van/coach depending on group size).
- Services of an experienced, English-speaking chauffeur guide throughout the tour (Day 1 to Day 4).
- All airport transfers (Arrival and Departure from Bandaranaike International Airport – BIA).
- Fuel, vehicle maintenance, and driver’s expenses (meals and accommodation).

- Lunch and Dinner throughout the tour (unless specified as part of the meal plan).
- Early check-in or late check-out charges at hotels (Standard check-in is 14:00 hrs; check-out is 11:00/12:00 hrs).
- Camera or video permits at specific sites (if applicable).
Personal:
- Tips/Gratuities for the chauffeur guide, hotel staff, or restaurant staff.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, alcoholic beverages, souvenirs, etc.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Customization and Rate Guarantee

Customization: The final rates and itinerary can be fully customized upon the client’s request.
Rate Fluctuation: Rates are subject to change depending on the season, currency exchange rates, and the specific dates of booking. The final rate will be confirmed upon deposit payment.

Booking Confirmation

Advance Payment: Bookings will only be confirmed after a 50% advance payment of the total tour cost has been successfully made by the client.
Bank Charges: All bank charges and fees related to the transfer of the deposit and balance payments must be borne by the client (SHA: Shared Bank Charges or OUR: Our Bank Charg

Cancellation Policy (Cancellation Fees)

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be effective from the date the written notification is received by the tour operator.

The cancellation policy for certain hotels or non-refundable tickets (e.g., train tickets, special permits) may be stricter and will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
No refund will be provided for any unutilized services, sightseeing, or early departures once the tour has commenced.
